Jesse Esplen began his journey with us over 8 years ago as a carpenter apprentice and has since achieved his Red Seal and grown into our Site Supervisor, showcasing an impressive array of skills that extend well beyond carpentry. Jesse’s talents span multiple facets of construction, making him an invaluable asset to our project management team. His hands-on approach and ability to seamlessly integrate all the moving parts of home construction ensure that each project is executed with precision and excellence. Often seen as the boots on the ground, Jesse's presence on site helps coordinate our many sub-trades and contributes significantly to the smooth progression of our projects.
